Sudhanshu Narayan Singh is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of extensive experience across corporate organizations and reputed Chartered Accountancy firms. He possesses strong academic and professional qualifications, including B.Com (Hons), MBA (Finance & Accounts), CA-Inter, and CA-Final (Gr. I).
He has successfully led finance functions across diverse industries such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Information Technology, Aviation, Power Sector, and International Business Accounting. His core expertise includes financial planning and analysis, accounting finalization, GST and TDS compliance, internal and statutory audits, MIS reporting, budgeting, banking operations, FEMA and RBI compliance, FDI reporting, and export–import regulations.
He is also highly proficient in ERP systems and accounting software including Tally, QuickBooks (US Accounting), Xero Accounting Software, and is well-versed in financial reporting as per applicable Accounting Standards.

Hari Om is a highly experienced Biomedical Engineering professional with over 20 years of expertise in managing biomedical engineering services across large multi-specialty hospitals and diagnostic healthcare networks. He brings a strong blend of technical and managerial leadership, supported by qualifications including B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, MBA in Project Management, PG Diploma in Clinical Engineering & Management, along with multiple advanced certifications in healthcare quality and medical device safety.
He has extensive experience in overseeing biomedical operations for large hospitals, including a 450-bed multi-specialty facility. His core competencies encompass medical equipment planning, procurement, installation, asset management, preventive maintenance, calibration, and compliance with NABH, NABL, JCI, and AERB standards.
He has Play leadership roles at several prestigious healthcare institutions, including Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (2600+ beds), Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, Narinder Mohan Hospital, Moolchand Medcity, Express Clinics, and Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute. He has played a key role in hospital accreditation audits, biomedical KPI management, equipment risk analysis, materiovigilance reporting, and the execution of critical infrastructure projects, such as medical gas pipeline systems and radiation oncology installations.
